Scope of Services
Setters'R'Us LLC ("the Company") operates as a specialized sales and consulting organization. We provide expert guidance, system design, and procurement services for solar energy systems and battery backup solutions. Users acknowledge that while Setters'R'Us LLC facilitates the sale and coordinates the project, the physical installation and electrical work are performed by licensed, bonded, and insured contractors. Our services include, but are not limited to, preliminary energy analysis, product selection (panels, inverters, and batteries), and acting as a liaison between the homeowner and the installation partner.
Communications and SMS Policy
This campaign sends SMS notification, alerts, appointment reminders, status updates, and service notifications to customers who have opted in to SMS Notifications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Consultations, Estimates, and Accuracy
All savings projections, production forecasts, and ROI estimates provided during the consultation phase are based on current utility rates, historical weather data, and the information provided by the customer. These figures are intended for educational and estimation purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of future performance. Final system specifications and total contract pricing are subject to a formal site audit, which may reveal structural, roofing, or electrical requirements that necessitate adjustments to the original proposal.
Intellectual Property
All content included on the Setters'R'Us website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and sales presentations, is the property of Setters'R'Us LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written consent from the Company.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Setters'R'Us LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays in installation, changes in government incentives (such as tax credits), or the performance of hardware. While we only partner with reputable manufacturers and installers, the customer agrees that any claims regarding equipment defects or installation workmanship should be directed to the respective manufacturer or the licensed installer of record.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
